"A certain farmers insurance had refused to cover my roof damage after the tornadoes came through Springfield and dropped a tree on my house. After I replaced my roof out of pocket, I called Mark Cortesi State Farm and got me home coverage and bundled my vehicles too for a competitive rate. The team is incredibly professional and helpful, and when life happened again and I had a vehicle claim, they stepped in and covered my losses gracefully and quickly. I can’t recommend them enough. "The last few years have seen one natural disaster after another. Like many, my family experienced one of these disasters. A Tornadic hale storm blew through our town, destroying many homes, trees, and downing power lines. Never has a slogan been more fitting than, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there”. State Farm was there for me while the grass was still wet from the storm. My roof, electrical lines, and shed were appraised, check cut, and work completed, while others were still waiting for their Agent to get back to them! ( well, at least, in my opinion). State Farm is, always has been, and always will be, Insurance’s MVP! Thank you for the peace of mind you provide me! Loyal member of your family, April 🤓"

I unfortunately have had a couple of incidents in the past several years - getting hit in a parking garage (we both had State Farm) and then having a tree fall on my vehicle. Both situations were so low-stress, especially considering the circumstances. They handled everything for me, worked around my needs and schedule, and followed up diligently. I will never not use State Farm!"
